Rates
$120.00 for an initial intake evaluation
$90.00 thereafter per session for family or couples' counseling
$75.00 thereafter per session for individual counseling
$50.00 per hour for reflexology
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash or check accepted for payment. Checks that are returned for insufficient funds will be charged a processing fee of $20.00 in addition to bank charges. Repeated issues around failure to make payment for services rendered will result in termination of services and a referral to an alternative service provider.
Cancellation Policy
Clients are expected to keep their scheduled appointments and to be on time. Clients are asked to contact me 24 hours in advance if they are unable to attend a session and to make arrangements to reschedule. My policy is to bill you (and not your insurance company) in full for “no show” or “same-day” cancellations. Repeated cancellations will result in termination of treatment and a referral to other service providers.
